The Amazon Brand Registry is a program that helps to protect registered trademarks on Amazon.com. Enrollment in the Amazon Brand Registry helps to reduce trademark infringement and provides access to many other features, including proprietary text and image searches, predictive automation based on suspected intellectual property rights violations, and increased authority over product listings with your brand name.

In order to qualify, your trademark will need to be registered with the USPTO or another trademark office that is approved by Amazon. Your trademark registration must also meet certain criteria, namely, you must have a standard characters trademark registered on the Principal Register. This means that the trademark is a word or combination of words, and not a logo or other stylized/design trademark.

If you would like to apply for a trademark and participate in the Amazon Brand Registry contact us for a free phone consultation or click here for the fees and details of our Trademark Application Services.
