New Jersey business entities are required to file an Annual Report every year with the New Jersey Division of Revenue. The annual filing period begins in the calendar month in which the original Certificate of Incorporation or Articles of Organization was filed with the NJ Division of Revenue. Businesses that fail to file annual reports for two consecutive years may have their charter voided or authority to do business in New Jersey revoked.
